Running out of time and low on motivation? 

It’s mid October and we’re on the down hill slide until Christmas!

I have an awesome practice I developed a few years back which has made all the difference to my MOTIVATION, PRODUCTIVITY, CONNECTION and JOY as I close out the year.

It’s a 4 step process I call “Finish Strong” and we kick off our 4 week series on October 24.

This 4 week program guarantees you end the year on a HIGH – with CLARITY about where you’re at and where you’re headed BEFORE a new year rolls around.

We RECONNECT you with your PURPOSE and then help you chart a course to gain traction, MOMENTUM and CONFIDENCE along the way.

We close gaps around PRACTICAL skills so you can see and feel your PROGRESS and FINISH STRONG!

Monday 24 October 2022 | 12-1pm | KICK OFF

We start with your PURPOSE.  This session is all about getting you CONNECTED again to WHO you are, WHY you’re here and WHERE you can make the most impact.  We clarify your results, shape your story, adopt the language that makes sense for you and have FUN planning who you are next.

Monday 31 October 2022 | 12-1pm

We then teach you the hacks to create CONFIDENCE as you build new skills.  Too many of us are slaves to other people’s expectations.  We’re so busy being mother, wife, sister, daughter, worker and friend, we can forget ourselves in the process.  In this session we talk through the importance of VALUES and how to make decisions in ALIGNMENT with them so that you feel greater FULFILMENT in your everyday life.

Monday 4 November 2022 | 12-1pm

Here we move beyond the philosophy and psychology of change, to the nuts and bolts of building new skills.  We address the PRACTICALITIES of boundaries, goal setting, time blocking and habit stacking.

Monday 14 November 2022 | 12-1pm

And lastly, we graduate to PROGRESS – all the components to a life well lived.  The process of starting is different to that of continued action.  Once you get traction, we apply and adjust the skills and techniques to handle your success.  We lock in the healthy habits with harmony.  Here we cover all you need to know about investing in others, spiritual practice, rest and living lightly.
