After the 6 week Well-th® Coaching program, you will have laid new foundations to achieve the results you’re looking for.  Ongoing coaching enables regular check ins as you elevate to new and higher levels.  

 

The 5 Step Well-th® Coaching course covers the following:

WHAT/WHY Here we get clear on your purpose and scope out the mission.  We use proven qualitative techniques to delve deeper into your purpose, values and future intentions for yourself.  Once we clarify the result you’re looking for, we lock in exactly what you’re looking to achieve, why it’s important and the actions to get you there.  This clarity means you reach all checkpoints of the mind and you’re on your way to living with intention, flow and grace. 

ELIMINATE uncertainty – Here we go deeper and look at your intentions, share your sabotage, link conflicting values and I share techniques to help you tap into your intuition better.

LIFETIME LOGISTICS  – Once we have clarity around what you want for your life and why and the process to get you there, we get more granular around the systems and daily practices to achieve them.  This section includes meditation,  goals versus systems, the importance of progress and chunking….

TRACTION  – The process of starting is different to continued action.  Once you get traction, we apply and adjust the skills and techniques to handle your success.

HABITS – Here we lock in the healthy habits that help you elevate.  As you achieve one level of success, you adjust and improve and prepare for the next.  Your daily practices will become habits that keep you grounded when things shift or move too quickly. 

Beyond this, regular coaching enables continued accountability, reflection and acceleration as you grow and develop in your life and career.

 

By the end of this coaching program you will be able to:

  • Recognise and close gaps and inefficiencies;
  • work through challenges that would previously have triggered you;
  • structure your work around your life rather than the other way around;
  • invest your time and resources for the greatest impact.
